All the repairs which are preformed on your computer or phone are done with the utmost care. Hardware Repairs for your computer come with a (60) day warranty. This means that for 60 days after completion of the repair, our standard warranty is observed. ( labor and parts covered ) We will service your machine and at our option (1) repair or (2) replace the faulty hardware at no cost to you. The standard labor rate will apply on repairs and services beyond (60) sixty days.
Singh's Networking Solutions is not responsible for damages or costs that are the result of accidents, misuse, or abuse of your computer or phone. Modifications or repairs made to your system by anyone other than Singh's Networking Solutions will void your warranty. Singh's Networking Solutions is not responsible for any losses or complications that arise as a result of a computer failure or a delay in production or repair of your system.
Singh's Networking Solutions warrants the repair against defects in material or workmanship under normal use for the applicable warranty period ("Warranty Period"), beginning from the date of original repair completion. If the Product becomes defective during the Warranty Period, Singh's Networking Solutions will, at its option and without charge, repair the Product with new or reconditioned components or parts, or replace the Product with a reconditioned product of the same or functionally equivalent model. See warranty statement above.
This Warranty does not cover and shall be void for defects or damages resulting from casualty, accident, transportation, misuse or abuse, liquid, viruses and spyware, neglect, alterations, service or repair by other than Singh's Networking Solutions, improper installation, operation or maintenance, improper connections with peripherals, or other causes not arising out of defects in materials or workmanship. Singh's Networking Solutions is not responsible for damage to or loss of any programs, data, or removable storage media, whether it occurs during warranty or other repair service.
The only effective protection for data stored in a computer, such as on a hard drive, is the regular backing up of that data by you, the Purchaser. If during the warranty service or repair of the Product the contents of the hard drive or any other data storage media are altered, deleted, modified or lost, Singh's Networking Solutions is not responsible. It is solely your responsibility as the Purchaser to back up any software programs, data, or information stored on any storage media or any part of a Product returned for warranty service or repair to Singh's Networking Solutions.
